It took a while from the date I contacted Tim, but once he came, the work was done well. Afterwards I requested an additional property stake be installed, and Tim did so promptly. I am also pleased with the plan of the survey.

I can see where other people have said that they are not very time-oriented. Our survey was not started until almost 4 months after we requested it. HOWEVER, once they were on the job, the two guys did one heck of a job on our place. We had them survey 58 acres for us, and they did it well. They marked just about the entire perimeter for us, and walked the entire 58 acres to show us where everything was, and they knew every detail. After they were done, we needed someone to place on paper where our 30,000 sq ft barn was going to be placed, and he did it for us over the phone, for no charge and it was exactly what the township needed. It sucked waiting that long, but well worth it in my opinion. I would use them again, but would leave ourselves a time buffer. There was also a LOT of rain over the summer, so that didn't help.
